Hi, my name is Sophie.
I am a postpartum care doula and holistic nutrition consultant based in Sydney on the Lower North Shore. Since the birth of my daughter I felt called to work with women, honouring them during the most important and sacred time of their lives. I am now a mother of two beautiful babies and my love for all things postpartum and pregnancy is stronger than ever.
Last year I completed studying Postpartum Care & Education with Newborn Mothers and Oh Baby School of Holistic Nutrition which focuses specifically on pregnancy, postpartum and baby.
Helping women feel their best through food, care and honest interactions is what I am passionate about. From in home postpartum care, which can commence at any stage of postpartum to my fill your freezer offering, my goal is to make you feel supported, nourished and more confident through your parenthood journey, creating a postpartum experience that you will want to live over and over again.
I combine my love of cooking and baking with my knowledge of nutrition, focusing on foods that actively support pregnancy and postpartum. My Italian heritage influences my cooking but baking is one true love. Food is my love language and I love nothing more than spoiling people with amazing food, especially when in the newborn bubble.
